MAY 16, 2017 –Davis Wright Tremaine has named David Ubaldi, a highly regarded environmental and natural resources litigator, as the firm’s Bellevue office partner-in-charge.
Ubaldi takes over from Mark Berry, who recently became chair of Davis Wright Tremaine’s executive committee and chair of its firmwide employment practice.

Ubaldi represents industrial, commercial, and individual clients in a broad array of environmental situations, including cases involving federal and state Superfund laws, natural resource damage claims, and state and federal Clean Water Acts. He is an active member of the King County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
Davis Wright Tremaine’s Bellevue office was recently named “Employer of the Year” by AtWork, an organization that supports people with disabilities. The office has also been recognized as Law Firm Volunteer of the Year by the Eastside Legal Assistance Project. Members of the Bellevue office serve on the boards of organizations such as the Bellevue Arts Museum, the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, the Bellevue Downtown Association, and Hopelink.
