MARCH 30, 2017 – Leah C. Lively, an experienced employment lawyer who has tried more than 40 jury trials in multiple states and jurisdictions, has joined the Portland, Ore., office of Davis Wright Tremaine as a partner in the firm's Employment Services Group.
Ms. Lively represents and advises employers of every size, defending them against claims such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. In addition to her extensive work handling single-plaintiff employment claims, she has significant experience defending clients from wage and hour claims, including class actions.
Ms. Lively comes to the firm from Ogletree Deakins, where she was a Shareholder.

She received her B.A. from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and her J.D. from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College.
