With nearly 30 years of commercial litigation experience, Mary maintains a broad and diverse litigation practice handling a wide variety of breach of contract, fraud, and corporate governance matters. She has extensive experience in real property litigation, including easements, slander of title, and boundary disputes. As an experienced creditor's rights lawyer, Mary is also masterful in handling recalcitrant debtors, enforcing multi-million dollar judgments and utilizing pre-judgment remedies such as writs of attachment and security agreements. Mary is a "lawyer's lawyer", with a practice supporting entertainment companies, financial institutions, healthcare providers, and real estate companies.
