Representative Experience
Jennifer Arterburn focuses her practice on licensing and commercial transactions for media, entertainment, arts, technology, software and Internet clients. Her experience includes reviewing, drafting and negotiating a range of agreements including content, copyright and trademark agreements, and technology and software licenses. She also assists clients with music distribution, film production, publishing and Web development agreements, as well as with museum acquisition, exhibition and loan agreements.
Additionally, Jennifer advises on advertising, trademark and copyright issues and does prepublication review. She has helped litigate a variety of cases, including First Amendment disputes and copyright and trademark infringement lawsuits.
