Representative Experience
Kristen Bates is a real estate and land development attorney with diverse experience handling complex matters such as large retail-landlord lease negotiations, detailed purchase and sale agreements, and easements involving numerous parties. She drafts, reviews and negotiates leases; reciprocal easement agreements (REAs); covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs); subordination, nondisturbance and attornment agreements (SNDAs); and estoppel certificates. Kristen also serves as a leasing specialist for a telecommunications client, where she manages many aspects of the client's network growth and development.
