- Development of record management programs, including retention schedules, policies, procedures, training modules and assistance with email and record management technology selection and implementation
- Develop privacy polices to assure compliance with federal and state privacy and data security laws and regulations, EU Privacy directives, and Canadian privacy legislation
- Privacy audits and assessments
- Data breach notification programs
E-discovery
- Develop and implement preservation notice guidelines and processes, including for global pharmaceutical, financial and energy companies
- Litigation readiness assessments and programs
- Advise as to duty of preservation and avoiding sanctions under new Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

- Draft online privacy policies, web site terms and conditions, and corporate blog policies
