All aspects of wireless telecommunications policy and regulation, with a special focus on those issues impacting the development and deployment of wireless technologies
Assist clients in identifying and assessing business opportunities arising from recent industry developments and new regulatory policies
Licensing and regulatory compliance matters
Asserting pole attachment rights
FCC spectrum auction proceedings, including the FCC complex rules governing designated entities
Regulatory aspects associated with a broad array of transactional matters
