Representative Experience
Danielle Frappier counsels communications entities regarding legal and regulatory matters, including market entry, licensing, regulatory fees and compliance. Her experience includes designing and managing comprehensive regulatory compliance programs for multiple telecommunications service providers. Danielle’s practice focuses particularly on representing clients before the FCC, state public utility commissions, and the Universal Service Administrative Company, where she has handled audits of revenue reports and appealed denials of funding.
Danielle has extensive experience in representing foreign-based carriers providing service in the United States, including obtaining the necessary licenses to provide telecommunications services. She also has experience in counseling governments of, and operators in, developing countries regarding the policy, legal and regulatory reforms necessary to build a dynamic telecommunications sector.
