Representative Experience
Gene is co-chair of DWT’s real estate and land use department, and his experience includes all aspects of real estate transactions and land use entitlement work on all types and sizes of property including residential, industrial, office, retail and municipal. Having served six years as planning commission chair and eight years as mayor of Happy Valley, he has an unusual appreciation and understanding of the public sector as well as the private sector perspective of the majority of his clients.
