Areas of Practice and Representative Experience
Mr. Green's practice focuses on wealth and business succession planning for high net-worth families and business owners; estate and trust planning; and administration and formation of business entities to implement tax and non-tax objectives. He assists individuals and families in developing and implementing entrance, growth and exit strategies for business and investment assets including: business succession, wealth transfer planning among family members, the use of long-term trusts to preserve assets and implementation of charitable planning, including charitable lead and remainder trusts, donor-advised funds and complex gifts.
