Represented buyers in $150 million acquisition and financing of three office/retail buildings in the Union Station complex in Seattle, involving complex land use, environmental, leasing and condominium issues
Handled real estate and financing issues for seller in $130 million sale of seafood division with real property in 10 locations across the U.S. and Canada
Negotiated purchases and sales for over $160 million of multifamily real estate projects, including coordinating due diligence and negotiating and closing FNMA and other acquisition or assumption financing
Advised landlords and tenants in lease negotiations for retail shopping centers and commercial office space across the country
Served as Washington local counsel for lenders and borrowers in financing and synthetic lease transactions, including negotiating loan documents and issuing opinion letters
