Labor and employment law, including labor relations counseling and extensive experience representing employers in collective bargaining and strategic labor relations planning.
Representative Experience
Negotiating agreements on behalf of employers engaged in a wide variety of industries throughout the West Coast, Alaska and Hawaii, including maritime companies, banking, public sector, utilities, trucking, retail, warehousing and health care. Assisting employers with union organizing campaigns, corporate campaigns, and strike planning. Represents CEOs and other senior executives as well as employers in negotiation and preparation of executive employment agreements and severance packages. Helps employers reduce and control labor costs.
