Representation of cable television companies and state trade associations in developing public policy positions and legislative strategy regarding federal and state video franchise legislation
Negotiation of cable television and telecommunications company franchise agreements, renewals and transfers
Representation of wireless telecommunications companies before the FCC in obtaining licenses and deploying facilities, including cellular, PCS, paging and satellite clients
Negotiation of competitive access agreements to utility poles and facilities for cable television and wireless telecommunications companies
Litigation of competitive access to utility facilities, including rates and pole attachment issues before the FCC and State public service commissions
