Advise broadcasters and newspapers on defamation, right of publicity, privacy torts, and other content-related issues, including prepublication and prebroadcasting review; provide advice regarding Oregon public records laws and other media access issues; defense of defamation and privacy claims for book, newspaper, magazine, and broadcast clients
Appearances before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Oregon appellate courts
Assist clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including collection matters, residential and commercial real estate disputes, contract disputes, wage and hour, wrongful discharge, and discrimination litigation
