• Represented major television group startup acquiring ten television stations, and for related lender financing; numerous other television deals

• Represented non commercial broadcaster acquiring more than 50 radio stations, and for related financing of these acquisitions

• Represented commercial radio group startup acquiring 12 radio stations

• Represented several growing Spanish language television and radio broadcasters in their acquisitions and financing

• Represented large bank-based media lending unit in their loans to numerous television and radio group owners

• Represented premier private equity fund in wireless business acquisitions

• Represented debt/equity investor for cable system acquisition loans.

Counsels broadcasters and producers and negotiates broadcast station contracts for programming, television and radio production and licensing, talent, and facilities, such as broadcast towers and studios.
