Represents clients in major industrialized countries around the world through foreign associate patent attorneys

Licensing technology and patents

Counsels clients with regard to the assertion of patents in both offensive and defensive situations

Conducts studies and renders opinions to companies on patent infringement, validity and enforceability issues, and occasionally serves as an expert patent law witness in patent litigation
