Has represented a wide variety of local businesses, including startups, in their full range of legal needs for nearly forty years

Developed extensive high-level business and governmental relationships in most countries within Asia and regularly travels to Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other Pacific Rim countries

Serves as general counsel for Asian corporations doing business in the U.S. and represents U.S. businesses doing or desiring to do business in Asia and other foreign locations

Develops strategic plans concerning which Asian countries to enter, and alternative and preferred structures for each country

Locates qualified prospective joint venture partners, purchasers, sellers, distributors and agents

Helps to negotiate and document the terms of the basic documents for proposed corporate transactions

Serves as a facilitator to a wide range of business transactions

Unravels transactions foreign and domestic that are no longer viable
