Represent tenant in the negotiation and documentation of a 35,000 square foot long-term industrial space in San Francisco, California, with a leasehold value of $1.8M over the initial term.
Represent tenant in the negotiation and documentation of a 27,500 square foot “build-to-suit” retail lease in Madison, Wisconsin, with a leasehold value of approximately $5M over the initial term.
Represent landlord and tenants in the negotiation and documentation of retail leases at Gresham Square, Bridgeport Village, Eastport Plaza, The Point at Bridgeport, and Bridgeport Place Shopping Centers.
Represent tenant in the negotiation and documentation of a 100,000-plus square foot industrial/office lease.
Represent tenant in the negotiation and documentation of a 22,000 and a 14,000 square foot medical office lease with a value of +/- $1M over the initial term.
Represent landlord in the negotiation and documentation of a 31,000 square foot office lease for corporate headquarters of a local utility with a value of +/- $4M over the initial term.
