Representative Experience
Representing CLECs and wireless providers in their nationwide introduction of local facilities and services, and in federal court challenges to unlawful and discriminatory municipal franchise and right-of-way requirements
Lobbying, negotiating and litigating on behalf of cable television and telecommunications service providers before the FCC, state public service commissions, local governments, and the courts, on issues concerning broadband communications and telecommunications policy, regulation, and competition
Representing cable, telecommunications, and wireless operators in their dealings with local regulators, including local franchising; access to public rights-of-way; and wireless deployment and siting issues
Representing cable, telecommunications, and wireless operators in contract negotiations, litigation, and regulatory rulemakings regarding access to poles, conduits and easements; and access to inside wiring and premises
Representing communications clients in commercial and regulatory disputes before trial and appellate, state and federal courts
