Successfully representing large utility in defending against power supply contract termination by major power purchaser
Successfully defended power company and obtained summary judgment on all claims in suit alleging restraint of trade, conspiracy, attempting to monopolize and monopolizing access to major natural gas pipeline. Affirmed on appeal on all claims.
Representing processing plant owner resulting in a $7 million recovery against engineering firm
Defending a major oil company against several million dollars in property damage and personal injury claims, resulting in dismissal of all claims and recovery of counterclaims
Lead counsel for major oil company defending more than $500 million in claims arising out of major pipeline explosion, including claims for wrongful death, personal injuries, business interruption, federal and state environmental claims and federal criminal charges
Successfully represented claimant in assertion of damage claims of several million dollars against ore processor for environmental harm under CERCLA and state law
Defense of claims for personal injury arising out of alleged product defects and negligence
State claims of fraud and counterfeiting of commercial aircraft parts
Federal charges of mail fraud, foreign money laundering and obstruction of justice; insider trading and criminal contempt; antitrust conspiracy and perjury
Vehicle dealer terminations under federal and state Dealer Day in Court statutes
Antitrust counseling regarding multistate marketing and distribution programs
Various antitrust actions in industry areas as gas pipelines, breweries, bakeries, flour and fishing
