MAY 11, 2023 – Davis Wright Tremaine's new In-House Gateway to Good, a first-of-its-kind platform that helps in-house counsel easily access pro bono opportunities and serve in-need communities, has been recognized by the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) as the "Transformative Project of the Year."

The In-House Gateway to Good is a novel, interactive service that enables in-house legal departments of any size to engage in pro bono and optimize their impact. Jointly developed by Davis Wright's pro bono department and its enterprise projects team, the multifaceted platform includes vetted pro bono opportunities with 40+ legal services organizations, educational videos, a time tracker, customized consulting options, and a communication tool for users to exchange information, ask questions, and build community.

This is the second national honor that the In-House Gateway to Good has received since its introduction in Q1 of this year. At the 2023 "Leaders in Tech Law" Awards from American Lawyer Media, Davis Wright won the Innovations in Pro Bono category.
