Panelists will cover a range of topics in artificial intelligence including emerging legal questions, ethical issues, and practical tips for contracting key provisions surrounding the use and licensing of artificial intelligence, machine learning and automated systems. K.C. Halm will lead a panel discussion on Hot Legal Topics for AI with AI experts from Amazon Web Services, Splunk and Covington & Burling. The panel will explore a range of emerging issues in AI through a discussion of real-world hypotheticals and test cases.
Patrick Basinksi will present a Practicum – Drafting for AI, Big Data and the Cloud, a practical discussion about contracting for AI, data sharing, data breach risk allocation and data processing agreements, as well as best practices in cloud contracts.
