Oregon Mask Requirements – Guidance for Family Businesses

Like many states, Oregon requires employees and customers to wear masks while in public places in order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. To enforce this, Oregon Governor Kate Brown issued several executive orders, in addition to the Oregon Health Authority publishing extensive industry-specific guidance.

As family businesses open their doors, the requirements—and their exemptions—may seem confusing. This helpful advisory provides a summary of the current requirements, as well as suggested best practices for businesses.
