Juliet is an investment analyst at Insight Venture Partners, where she sources and analyzes proprietary investment opportunities for her firm. Insight Venture Partners is a global private-equity and venture-capital firm investing in software, eCommerce, internet and data-services companies. Juliet focuses on B2B SaaS companies within healthcare, education, logistics management and financial services. Prior to joining Insight, Juliet worked for the Insight team at Endeavor Global, a nonprofit that promotes high-impact entrepreneurship globally. Juliet is an active member of Dreamers // Doers in New York.
Director of Community & Partnerships, Springboard Enterprises
Anna is the Director of Community and Partnerships at Springboard Enterprises and is responsible for building strong business collaborations with and enhancing the visibility of Springboard portfolio companies and the women who lead them. Anna also manages the Springboard Dolphin Tank program, a “friendly feedback” pitch session for entrepreneurs that takes place across the country and around the world. She is the lead on Springboard’s involvement at SXSW in Austin each March as well as with Sprockit, an initiative by the National Association of Broadcasters to highlight the top 30 emerging media startups. Prior to Springboard, Anna worked for members of Congress in both Washington, D.C. and California.
CEO, DiResta Communications Inc.
Diane is the founder and CEO of DiResta Communications Inc., a New York City consultancy serving business leaders and entrepreneurs who deliver high stakes presentations—whether one-to-one, in front of a crowd or from an electronic platform. Diane is the author of Knockout Presentations: How to Deliver Your Message with Power, Punch, and Pizzazz, an Amazon.com category best-seller. She is a pitch coach for a NYC accelerator. Diane is past president of the NYC chapter of the National Speakers Association and former media trainer for the NBA and WNBA. She is a Certified Speaking Professional, a designation held by less than 12 percent of speakers nationwide.
CEO, Skaled
Jake is the founder and CEO of Skaled, a revenue-focused consultancy that helps great companies accelerate growth. Previous to Skaled, Jake served as Head of Sales & Customer Success for Chartbeat, where during the first nine months of his tenure, he grew annual bookings by more than 300 percent year-over-year and nearly doubled monthly recurring revenue. Prior to that, Jake was the VP of Sales at Glassdoor, where he expanded the department from one to 40 employees and grew employer-direct revenue from $0 to nearly $1 million in monthly recurring revenue. Before Glassdoor, Jake was Senior Sales Manager at CareerBuilder, where he managed a 15-member team responsible for providing recruitment guidance on best practices for utilizing the company’s services. Starting his career in the sports industry, Jake worked as a corporate sales executive for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays and the Phoenix Coyotes.

Roxanne chairs DWT’s fashion industry practice and is one of the nation’s leading trademark and brand management attorneys, concentrating on protecting brands on a worldwide basis. She represents many of the leading fashion, luxury and other consumer brands.
CEO, Propeller Industries
Chris is the CEO and founder of Propeller Industries, a technology-enabled, outsourced CFO and accounting service for emerging companies. He created Propeller after realizing he could be a better early-stage CFO if he built a team specifically to deliver finance and accounting services to multiple companies, with a technology platform to manage and scale the work. Since then, Chris has served as consulting CFO to over 50 early-stage businesses in a wide range of industries. Chris spent the 13 years prior to Propeller as a full-time CFO for four early-stage companies – an apparel manufacturer (Swobo Clothing), an ecommerce/wine club operator (Signature Wines), a beverage company (Bevology) and a nonprofit that ran finance and accounting for 300+ other nonprofits (Tides Center).
Managing Director, SWAT Equity Partners
Sarah is a managing director at SWAT Equity Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm focused exclusively on consumer-branded products, services and tech. Sarah has 20 years of experience investing in angel- to leveraged buyout-stage companies across a variety of industries. She has held corporate executive, investment and board of director positions assisting companies through growth to turnaround stages of development. These positions include over two years as CFO of Eleni’s NYC Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of hand-iced and conventional crisp cookies, and executive positions at Deutsche Bank Asset Management and Chartwell Investments. Sarah began her career in Morgan Stanley’s M&A department and at Greenhill & Co. Sarah is serving, or has served, as a member of the boards of directors for various private companies, including Bell Sports, Carey International, PPC Holdings, Voltage Finance, Wattage Finance-OH, Wattage Finance-NC, and Drazil Beverage.
Angel Investor and Lawyer
Jenevra is a lawyer and occasional angel investor in New York. Jenevra works at AIG, where she heads a group that negotiates contracts ranging from social media deals to partnerships with tech companies. She is also actively working on automating aspects of the legal process at AIG and is a member of the advisory board of EvolveLaw, an industry group for legal tech entrepreneurs. Jenevra has invested in software, biotech, and consumer startups as a member (and now alumna) of Golden Seeds, an angel group focused on women-led companies.
Managing Partner, AlphaPrime Ventures
Claudia is a managing partner and co-founder of AlphaPrime Ventures, a New York-based venture capital firm investing in technologies that manage and protect people and assets. Claudia has been investing in and working with technology companies for over 20 years and has facilitated more than $10 billion of acquisitions, divestments, IPOs, investments, alliances, and partnerships for public companies and new ventures around the globe. Since starting her first company in compliance management while at university, Claudia’s career has spanned five continents, working on a broad range of safety and security initiatives, ranging from patrol boats in Vietnam, to remote location logistics, to NATO and other defense programs as Head of Commercial for the Weapons Systems division of BAE Systems. She has also been a commercial executive with numerous multinational companies, including with Infosys Technologies, Tabcorp Holdings and Fosters Group.

Laurie is the founder of Jaybird Communications, providing a full range of strategic public relations services for digital businesses, especially startups, B2B, and media-related ventures. Jaybird’s clients have included 7digital, Bandsintown, Border City Media, CISAC’s World Creators Summit, Digital Entertainment Ventures, Music Business Association, Music Reports, NY Tech Alliance (NY Tech Meetup), ole, Paltalk/Firetalk, Rainbow Broadband, and authors Fred Goodman and Robert Levine. Laurie is a proven public relations and marketing communications expert, with over 20 years of experience representing digital media and music companies. Prior to founding Jaybird Communications, Laurie held executive positions at The Harry Fox Agency and Sony Music Entertainment, among others.

Wendy is a technology and intellectual property lawyer who works with well-established and startup technology companies, as well as companies in a wide range of industry sectors, including financial services and cloud services. Prior to practicing law, Wendy worked as a software developer and software product manager at multiple startup and established companies in Silicon Valley and was a business development manager at Microsoft.

Christina concentrates her practice on trademark prosecution and litigation. She counsels clients on trademark selection, clearance, and registration, in addition to issues involving social media, advertising, and right of publicity. Christina works with clients in many industries, with a particular emphasis on technology, media, fashion, and food and beverage.

Jisoo leads DWT’s New York food and beverage practice, representing branded packaged-food companies and tech-enabled food businesses. Jisoo works with early-stage companies and their investors with respect to entity formation, corporate governance, venture financing and sale transactions. She also represents buyers and sellers in M&A transactions with a focus on media, food, and advertising/marketing companies.

Nathalie is the CEO of BRAVA Investments, an impact investor focused on making a catalytic impact on women in the world. A technologist and coder by training, she is a consummate entrepreneur (having launched her first tech startup at the age of 20) and a storyteller at heart, passionate about telling the often-untold stories of women change-makers. In 2016, as interim CEO of SELF MADE, Nathalie led the development of the SELF MADE platform based on the book by Telemundo's former Entertainment president, Nely Galan, including the launch of a mobile app, video series, and web platform. In 2015, Nathalie stepped in as interim Chief Revenue Officer of PowerToFly, a startup aimed at closing the gender gap in tech. Prior to that, Nathalie co-founded Entrepreneurs@Athena at the Athena Center for Leadership studies of Barnard College, with the mission of leveling the playing field for women entrepreneurs, where she remains a founding advisor.
Angel Investor, U.S. Director of Business Development, Dentons
Lorine is a seasoned business-development executive with extensive experience in the legal, internet/new media and entertainment industries. She is the U.S. Director of Business Development for the largest global law firm in the world and an active angel investor who invests in and advises women- and minority-led companies. Previous stints include working at a number of startups such as SelectMinds, developer of web-based social network programs for corporations acquired by Oracle and Community Connect, the publisher of the leading ethnic social networking websites BlackPlanet, AsianAvenue, and MiGente, acquired by Interactive One. Lorine has been featured in numerous publications and was named by Marie Claire in its 2nd Annual New Guard feature as one of the "50 Most Connected Women in America" and named one of "20 Angel Investors You Should Know" by Black Enterprise.

Alicia is the founder and CEO of Pantegrion Capital, an angel investment vehicle focused on seed and early-stage investments. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of New York Angels, Everwaters and HeTexted. Her past and present advisory board roles include Enerknol, iFunding, The Pitch Deck, Beauty Booked, Cissé Trading Co. and Willa. Alicia is a recurring panelist on CNBC’s Power Pitch and also appeared on CNBC’s Make Me A Millionaire Inventor and Cash Crowd, MSNBC’s Your Business, Nightly Business Report (NBR) on PBS, and Fox Business’s Risk & Reward. She is widely recognized as a leader in entrepreneurship and investing and was named as one of the “25 Angel Investors in New York You Need to Know” by AlleyWatch, one of Wharton's "40 Under 40" young alumni by Wharton Magazine, and one of Virgin’s “Five Next Generation Leaders Emerging from Tech.” Prior to founding Pantegrion, Ms. Syrett spent over 10 years in the financial industry, which included her entrepreneurial journey as the first employee and CAO of a multibillion-dollar private-equity firm.

Chris is the founder of HearstLab, an invitation-only community of early-stage women-led startups working inside Hearst Tower, home to one of the world's most diversified media, information and technology companies. HearstLab invests in startups that are innovating in media, information or services where connectivity with any of our more than 350 businesses is a difference-maker for a founding team. Chris has a twenty plus year digital media career innovating at two media giants: Hearst and, before that, Ziff Davis Media. He is a “serial intraprenuer”, starting and supporting dozens of new initiatives including launching new brands and deploying new technology while inventing and perfecting growth strategies.
