In addition to serving as the conference program chair, DWT partner Richard M. Glick:

• Moderated the panel “WaterWatch v. WRD (Cottage Grove Case),” which covered municipal water rights extensions, defined “undeveloped portion” of the right, and appropriate municipal use.
• Presented “Post Rapanos Joint Guidance by EPA and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,” which covered waters of the United States, jurisdiction over wetlands, and whether the third attempt at agency guidance will provide clarity to courts and practitioners.
