This discussion features a panel of guests from our First Generation Professionals (FGP) Affinity Group to discuss mission of the group as well as the experiences of group members.

This event features founding members of the FGP, DWTers Stevin George, Sunny Knight, and Nicole Medeiros, who discuss their experiences as first generation professionals, and how that has shaped their careers. The group also chats about the "Missing Manual" and what its contents mean to their fellow first generation colleagues. This event was moderated by DWTs Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer Yusuf Zakir, who, himself, is a first generation professional.
