Starting January 1, 2023, Washington State employers with 15 or more employees must comply with the new pay transparency law by making specific wage disclosures in job postings. In this webinar, our speakers provide an overview of what is required under the law and highlight key considerations for employers, including:

  • Who is covered by the law, and what covered employers are required to do?
  • What jobs are covered and what information must be included in the posting?
  • Who can file a complaint, and what are the penalties?

The program features 45 minutes of substantive presentation, followed by a question and answer period.

(On-demand versions are not eligible for CLE credit.)
