Project W: The Power of Connections

Amidst the serene and culturally enriching environment of Martha's Vineyard, the COI Ladder Institute's 10th Annual Unleashing Retreat provided women and BIPOC founders with an opportunity to relax, connect, and rejuvenate. This year's theme, Unleashing the Power of Connections, was thoughtfully woven throughout the programming. As a panelist, I appreciated having intimate small group and 1:1 conversations with founders which can often be difficult at traditional conferences. I especially enjoyed reconnecting with members of our Project W community. Over the next few months, I'm looking forward to re-engaging with the new connections I made so that we can continue to support founders solving big problems.
