Jerry Berger

Jerry Berger is a labor and employment litigation associate. He assists employers with their most important labor and employment matters, focusing on high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and mediation. He assists with all aspects of litigation, including fact investigations, discovery, substantive motions, settlement, trials, and appeals. Jerry also leverages his litigation experience to counsel clients on employment compliance issues. Before joining DWT, Jerry practiced general commercial litigation at an international law firm in Dallas, where he also maintained an active pro bono practice. Before becoming a lawyer, Jerry externed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, clerked in the Criminal Division at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Central District of California, and worked in entertainment management, representing international LGBTQ+ artists and creators.
