Riley Grace Borden is a member of the firm's corporate and business transactions group who specializes in trust and estate law. Prior to joining DWT, Riley Grace worked two summers on trust and estate issues, including matters regarding guardianship, probate, taxes, and litigation, and did pro bono work throughout law school for low-income taxpayers, the Moderate Means Program, and Lawyers for the Creative Arts.
Beyond business and tax issues, Riley Grace has worked on matters involving consumer, family, and employment law as well as various privacy regulatory frameworks. She previously oversaw operations including case file management, client and court communications, and billing for a small criminal defense and family law firm in Washington state. Outside of the legal world, Riley Grace is a gifted writer whose work has been published in various journals, magazines, and newspapers.
