Nancy’s practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage matters, including cases involving environmental claims, additional insured issues, and bad faith/extra-contractual.

Insurance Coverage Matters
- Obtained summary judgment in favor of insurer in federal court on Limited Assault and Battery Coverage Endorsement.
- Representing Travelers in environmental coverage action involving Port Angeles Western Harbor.
- Representing Travelers in intra-insurer contribution action.
- Managed multiparty, complex insurance coverage litigation for 20 years in Travelers Environmental Litigation Group from filing of the complaint through the appellate process.*
- Supervised hundreds of cases across the country involving environmental, construction defect, asbestos, silica and other toxic tort exposures.*
- Negotiated settlements as well as interim cost sharing agreements.*
- Provided legal advice to claim account executives handling hazardous waste and pollution claims.*
