Stephanie Childs has extensive experience as a case manager in complex commercial litigation, including intellectual property and antitrust matters, and is highly knowledgeable about complex litigation processes. She is also well versed in employment law litigation.

Stephanie's areas of focus include:

  • Serves as focal point for efficiency in case team communications and management of deadlines and task lists
  • Performs fact research and analysis
  • Assists with electronic discovery, including collection and review of documents from clients, preparation of documents for production and tracking of documents produced by all parties
  • Works extensively with document databases to research and manage the documentary evidence, and works closely with in-house and outside electronic discovery service providers
  • Researches documents for use in depositions, prepares exhibits and tracks the status of deposition discovery
  • Proofreads and cite-checks legal memoranda, and coordinates court filings with all supporting declarations and exhibits
  • Manages paralegal tasks in support of pretrial activity and assistance during trial
