Frances J. Choi

Frances Choi has litigated single-plaintiff and class action matters on behalf of employers in an expansive range of industries, including food, health, education, retail, entertainment, automotive, and distribution. She has defended employers in numerous facets of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour class and representative actions.

Frances has experience in trial preparation, including drafting pre-trial and post-trial briefings. She has prepared for four trials and has been a key team member for a jury trial that went to verdict.
