Frances J. Choi
Associate
Frances Choi has litigated single-plaintiff and class action matters on behalf of employers in an expansive range of industries, including food, health, education, retail, entertainment, automotive, and distribution. She has defended employers in numerous facets of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour class and representative actions.
Frances has experience in trial preparation, including drafting pre-trial and post-trial briefings. She has prepared for four trials and has been a key team member for a jury trial that went to verdict. With her experience litigating cases in all stages through trial, Frances is able to vigorously defend and prepare for each of her cases while not losing sight of the specific goals and needs of the clients she represents.
