Grant M. Damon-Feng

Grant Damon-Feng is a litigator and member of DWT's cybercrime enforcement practice. Grant helps clients investigate a wide variety of cybercrime and other digital threats to clients and their customers, including customer service and tech support fraud, brand impersonation, employee corruption, systems manipulation, organized retail crime, and intellectual property theft. Grant works with clients to develop and implement enforcement strategies to stop these threats and hold bad actors accountable, and he has significant experience assisting clients with criminal referrals, civil litigation, and other programmatic enforcement approaches. Grant also has experience advising clients in complex criminal, regulatory, and internal investigations.
Prior to joining the firm, Grant practiced in New York and Los Angeles and clerked for the Honorable William H. Walls in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
