Daisy Dong
Counsel
Daisy Dong represents businesses, funds, and financial institutions across a diverse range of significant business transactions, with an emphasis on debt finance. She advises all types of lenders and borrowers in connection with structuring and negotiating complex financing facilities, including asset-based and cash-flow, first and second lien, secured and unsecured, syndicated and bilateral, revolving and term credit facilities, acquisition financings, and debt restructurings.
In addition, Daisy counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters. She is fluent in Mandarin and has experience in cross-border transactions, particularly those involving Europe and Asia.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Daisy was a healthcare consultant based in San Francisco, helping major hospital systems navigate managed care contract issues in a challenging regulatory landscape.
