  Represents large and small companies in technology procurement projects, by assisting all aspects of a procurement project, including requests for proposals and vendor selection processes, evaluation and proof of concept, contract drafting and negotiating, implementation and deployment, development of playbooks, and compliance issues. Helps her clients evaluate risk exposure resulting from outsourcing arrangements.

• Product counselling

  Advises multinational companies in developing, launching and commercializing complex solutions involving virtual reality, artificial intelligence, cloud platform, and hardware products and services.
