She is an accomplished attorney with experience in media and entertainment, commercial, and technology transactions; product counseling; procurement and supply chain; privacy and security; and other complex legal and business issues.
Leading strategic technology transactions and providing advice and counseling to businesses with a global reach comes naturally to Sarah, and she applies that same deliberate approach when helping companies of all sizes—from multinational corporations, to midsize companies to start-ups—negotiate a range of business agreements. Types of deals that her clients count on her for include content and software licenses, SaaS solutions, hardware purchases, supply chain and distribution agreements, among others.

Structures and drafts technology agreements related to all aspects of the production and acquisition of technology, content, data, and digital media, including content and data licenses, cloud-based services, software acquisition, joint development, advertising and marketing, and professional and implementation services agreements.

Technology procurement
Represents large and small companies in technology procurement projects, by assisting all aspects of a procurement project, including requests for proposals and vendor selection processes, evaluation and proof of concept, contract drafting and negotiating, implementation and deployment, development of playbooks, and compliance issues. Helps her clients evaluate risk exposure resulting from outsourcing arrangements.

Product counselling
Advises multinational companies in developing, launching and commercializing complex solutions involving virtual reality, artificial intelligence, cloud platform, and hardware products and services. Negotiates agreements with partners, distributors and resellers, vendors, and customers to support launches and ongoing sales and development.

Privacy and security
Advises on data privacy and security legal issues, including data processing and data transfer agreements (inbound and outbound), privacy notices and policies (external and internal), and strategies for complying with data protections laws and regulations worldwide.
