Joseph Elie-Meyers is a California attorney with experience in state and federal litigation, including at the appellate level. He has represented a diverse array of clients in all stages of complex litigation. Joseph brings several years of experience in constitutional litigation and has successfully defended the First Amendment rights of detained noncitizens and activist organizations.
Joseph has argued cases before federal district, appellate, and immigration courts, both as an attorney and law student specializing in worker and immigrant rights, and has helped develop case strategy for individual and class action cases at every level through the U.S. Supreme Court. He also has experience in mediation and arbitration.
