Ardie Ermac focuses his practice on digital fraud enforcement, consumer protection, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy law. Prior to joining DWT, Ardie was a law clerk for Judge William Lafferty III in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California. He previously served as a defense investigator at the Snohomish County Public Defender Association in Washington where he conducted fact investigations and witness examinations to prepare for trial and to negotiate a better outcome for his clients.
