Kaitlyn Fallon is DWT's first pro bono corporate partnerships attorney. In this role, she leads and oversees the firm's partnerships with in-house legal departments. From helping companies build out and develop sophisticated pro bono priorities to engaging in direct legal services for communities and causes they care about the most, Kaitlyn is the go-to resource for clients who want to do good in the world. Before joining the firm's pro bono and social impact department, Kaitlyn was an associate in DWT's employment services group and represented employers in all aspects of their labor and employment law needs. Kaitlyn also served as a law clerk to the Hon. Steven L. Tiscione in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Kaitlyn is a graduate of Middlebury College and Brooklyn Law School. She serves on the board of the New York Chapter of the Coalition of Women's Initiatives in Law.
