Jesse Feitel
Associate
Jesse Feitel is a media and entertainment lawyer with a comprehensive background in litigation, pre-publication review, and counseling. He represents clients in a wide range of content-related matters, including copyright, First Amendment, defamation, libel, right of publicity, invasion of privacy, reporters' shield laws, and other intellectual property issues. He provides counseling advice to clients producing and releasing television programs, podcasts, and other written and video content.
From 2016-2017, Jesse served as a law clerk to the Honorable William Q. Hayes of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California in San Diego. Prior to law school, Mr. Feitel served as a White House Intern in the Office of the Counsel to Vice President of the United States, Joseph R. Biden, Jr.
