Hannah P. Fenley

Hannah Fenley advises commercial banks and other lending institutions in real estate financing transactions, with a particular focus on affordable housing projects involving low-income tax credits and tax-exempt bond financing. Prior to joining DWT, Hannah represented tax credit equity investors and served as a Senior Assistant Attorney General at the Oregon Department of Justice representing Oregon's housing finance agency. They bring a deep knowledge of state and federal requirements around affordable housing finance to their work counseling clients in the structuring and negotiation of complex transactions.
