Marissa Fritz
Associate
As a member of the firm's healthcare group, Marissa Fritz puts her passion of public health policy to work for physicians, hospitals, and healthcare systems navigating complex regulatory obligations. Her experience includes conducting research and analysis of state telehealth regulations for auxiliary healthcare providers and drafting documents to help launch a new pilot telehealth program. Further, as a former legal extern with the U.S. Attorneys' Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Marissa is familiar with investigations involving healthcare fraud, including the Anti-kickback statute.
Marissa graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and received her Master of Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. During law school she was the managing editor of The Regulatory Review and was part of the First Place team at the 2020 Health Law and Regulatory Compliance Competition held at the University of Maryland School of Law. Prior to law school, she received her B.S. in Biobehavioral Health from the Pennsylvania State University.
