Kristal Graham counsels employers on compliance with laws governing hiring and terminations, leaves of absence and accommodation, wage-and-hour, personnel policies, and other employment and labor issues. She defends employers against workplace disputes in front of federal and state agencies and state and federal court proceedings. She also advocates for employers in labor arbitration proceedings and advises clients on a range of labor relations issues, including union representation elections, collective bargaining, and general personnel management.
Bernard v. Alaska Airlines
Wrongful termination lawsuit filed against Alaska Airlines with multiple other claims alleged. Successfully defended against all claims, securing summary judgment dismissing all claims with prejudice. (2017)
