Matthew Gurr is a member of the firm's real property practice group. He specializes in construction industry and government contracts. Matt helps clients navigate federal contract law, agency regulations, federal and state bid protests, and litigation. Matt assists in legal matters for both public and private construction projects.
Before becoming an associate attorney, Matt clerked for the U.S. Civilian Board of Contract Appeals in Washington, D.C., assisting in the resolution of contract disputes between federal contractors and executive agencies. Prior to law school, Matt served in the U.S. Navy as a flight line supervisor during Operation Enduring Freedom.
