Deverie Hart

Deverie Hart manages associate and partner recruiting for DWT's West Coast offices. She leverages over 15 years of expertise in legal recruiting and professional development to attract high-level talent, with an added emphasis on lateral integration and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Deverie has been an active member in her local recruiting city group, SALRA, as well as NALP (National Association for Law Placement) locally and at the national level. Some of her greatest job satisfaction comes from ensuring that new hires remain happy with their decision to join DWT long after their orientation is in the rear view.
