Jinny Hwang focuses on wage-and-hour class and representative actions, successfully defending employers in California and beyond. Before moving to private practice, Jinny served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 tech company in Silicon Valley, where she defended against EEOC discrimination charges, wage-and-hour claims, Equal Pay Act disputes, and a wide range of other employment issues in both state and federal court.
Outside of litigation, Jinny runs a broad and robust counseling practice, including advising clients on employment matters arising in connection with corporate transactions, California Labor Code compliance, and all other employment, labor, and workplace challenges that companies face.
