Gary E. Lazar has over 10 years of litigation and appellate experience including matters before state and federal administrative review boards and federal and appellate courts. His work focuses on trademark enforcement including opposition, cancellation, and concurrent use proceedings before the trademark trial and appeal board as well as enforcement in federal courts and foreign jurisdictions. He also conducts investigations, drafts demand letters, and project management of numerous informal enforcement matters for clients in a variety of industries and jurisdictions.
