Dayana Ledezma is an attorney in DWT's financial services group with experience in diverse areas of the law, having worked with New York- and New Jersey-based institutions with a focus on general litigation matters and finance. Dayana's well-rounded approach makes her a valued member of the firm's full-service financial services team.
Dayana has experience with complex commercial disputes, white-collar and government investigations, and related litigation matters. She previously evaluated governmental regulatory rules to assist in drafting corporate policies and procedures for a large financial institution. During her time there, she also assisted in executing risk assessment deliverables and reports for senior management.
Dayana is actively committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and served as president of the Latin American Law Students Association at Fordham University School of Law.
