Katie Loberstein is dedicated to fostering fair and respectful workplaces. She brings her extensive legal expertise to help resolve employment-related issues in state and federal courts, addressing matters involving claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, wage-and-hour violations, breach of contract, and leave interference. Katie also assists clients with responding to agencies like the EEOC, Washington State Human Rights Commission, Seattle Office of Civil Rights, and the Washington State Attorney General's Office.
Katie recognizes the unique challenges that different industries face and is passionate about creating tailored solutions that promote positive work environments. She has a wealth of experience collaborating with educational institutions, technology companies, restaurants, healthcare organizations, financial institutions, and supermarkets, among others, to ensure compliance and foster a culture of respect and fairness.
When she is not working on employment matters, Katie volunteers as a pro bono attorney with the Seattle Clemency Project. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, and fostering rescue dogs.
