Kelly Logue represents some of the largest companies and financial institutions in the United States and Canada in strategic payment partnerships and other commercial transactions. He is known for his in-depth market knowledge, providing practical and commercial advice to his clients, and technical expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts.
Kelly focuses on all types of payment systems transactions, including co-branded and private label credit card partnerships, strategic alliance agreements, installment financing offerings, promotional financing incentive arrangements, agreements with payment networks, and loyalty programs.
Kelly has represented companies and financial institutions on a number of the largest co-branded and private label credit card programs in the United States and Canada, across a wide range of industry segments. He also counsels both buyers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of account portfolios and other financial assets as well as other debt finance transactions.
